
Motorola has introduced a new entrant in its entry level segment.

Moto E40: Display & Body
Moto E40 comes with 6.5-inch HD+ IPS LCD Max Vision Display. The screen has an aspect ratio of 20:9, along with 90Hz refresh rate. It has a punch-hole cut out at the top middle of the display. The display has a maximum brightness of 400 nits.
Moto E40 has a water repellant design with IP52 rating. The phone comes in two colour options i.e. Pink Clay and Carbon Grey.
Moto E40: Camera
Moto E40 has an 8MP selfie snapper equipped with Face Beauty, Pro Mode, HDR and Snap in video recording features.
The smartphone has a triple camera setup on its rear. The primary camera is of 48MP, with a 2MP Depth Sensor and a dedicated MacroVision Lens of 2MP. Other rear camera features include: Portrait Mode, HDR, Night Vision, Pro Mode, Google Lens 8 integration and Snap in video recording.
Moto E40: Processor & Storage
Moto E40 is housed with Unisoc T700 processor, clocked at 1.8 GHz. Unisoc T700 processor is built upon 12nm architecture and performance-wise comes in-between Helio G70 & Helio G80.
It comes in single storage variant of 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB eMCP storage. eMCP storage provides slightly better performance than eMMC counterparts.
Moto E40: Battery & Price
For long lasting performance, Moto E40 has a 5000 mAh Battery, that comes with a 10W Type-C Charger.
It will be sold via flipkart and motorola retail partners with a base price of 9,499 INR.
